Travel Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Travel with Lori B for your travel planning needs. My goal is to provide personalized service, expert guidance, and assistance throughout the travel planning process. By requesting travel planning services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Travel Advisor Services
Travel with Lori B provides travel planning and advisory services, including research, recommendations, itinerary planning, and assistance with reservations through third-party travel suppliers.
Travel with Lori B acts as an independent travel advisor and is not the owner, operator, or provider of the travel services purchased. Travel arrangements are provided by independent suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and travel insurance companies.
Travel Supplier Responsibility
Travel with Lori B is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, changes, cancellations, overbookings, schedule adjustments, strikes, weather events, mechanical issues, labor disputes, government actions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control caused by travel suppliers or third parties.
Each travel supplier has its own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and requirements. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the policies associated with their travel arrangements.
Client Information Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to arrange travel, including:
Legal names as they appear on travel documents
Dates of birth
Contact information
Passport information
Visa or entry requirements
Special requests or accessibility needs
Travel with Lori B is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the client.
Passports, Visas, and Travel Documentation
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, identification, health documentation, and any other required travel documents before departure.
Travel requirements vary by destination and may change. Clients are responsible for confirming current entry requirements and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Travel with Lori B can provide guidance and resources; however, clients are ultimately responsible for obtaining the proper documentation required for travel.
Payments, Deposits, and Final Payments
All payments, deposits, and final payment deadlines are established by the individual travel supplier.
Clients are responsible for making payments by required due dates. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation, penalties, or loss of deposits according to supplier policies.
Travel with Lori B is not responsible for fees, penalties, or losses resulting from missed payment deadlines.
Cancellations and Changes
All cancellations, changes, refunds, and credits are subject to the policies of the applicable travel supplier.
Travel with Lori B will assist clients with navigating supplier policies when possible; however, we do not control supplier decisions regarding refunds, credits, changes, or exceptions.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Travel insurance may provide protection for certain unexpected events, including trip interruption, trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage issues, and other covered situations.
Clients are responsible for reviewing available travel protection options and determining the coverage that best meets their needs.
Travel with Lori B is not an insurance provider and cannot guarantee reimbursement for losses or expenses if a client chooses not to purchase appropriate travel insurance.
Health, Medical, and Accessibility Considerations
Clients are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to participate in their planned travel activities.
Travelers should consult with appropriate medical professionals regarding vaccinations, medications, health concerns, and destination-specific requirements.
Clients are responsible for communicating any accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, or special requirements during the planning process.
Communication
Travel with Lori B will make reasonable efforts to communicate important travel information, deadlines, and updates.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their email and providing accurate contact information. Clients should notify Travel with Lori B promptly of any changes to contact information or travel circumstances.
Fees for Services
Any applicable planning fees, service fees, or consultation fees will be disclosed to clients prior to providing those services.
Fees are separate from travel supplier charges and may be non-refundable once services have been provided.
Client Acknowledgment
By requesting travel planning services from Travel with Lori B, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Clients understand that travel involves inherent risks and that Travel with Lori B provides planning assistance and guidance but does not control the services provided by third-party travel suppliers.
